Glocomms currently requires an experienced Avaya Voice engineer with call center, Communication manager and Avaya Voice portal experienceto work for an Industry leading Systems Integrator in France.

Job responsibilities:

- Implementation and integration of Avaya products
- Administration of Avaya call center solutions
- Provide technical expertise in the integration of Avaya call centers.
- Provide Level 3 support of Avaya call centers
- Troubleshooting, Ticket tracking and updating operational records

Skills required:

- Solutions expert for telephony and call centers
- Expertise in the following Avaya products: Avaya Communication Manager, CallCenter Elite Gateway G650/G700/G450/G350/G250, CMS, Avaya Voice Portal
- Good concepts in network technologies: IP, switching, routing
- Experience with Windows server, linux, database, web server.
- Knowledge in other Avaya products (Avaya Interactive Response, Avaya Interaction Center, Avaya Modular Messaging, Avaya IQ, Avaya Proactive Contact, Avaya Aura Contact Center, Session Manager) as well as related products (Registration: Nice, Verint. Wallboard, CTI solution) is a plus.
- FRENCH speaking is mandatory
