Must have current Four (4) plus years of planning, design, and implementation experience in a multi-layered data voice and wireless communications environment.
Candidate should be an Avaya Contact Center Engineer that has hands on/certifications pertaining to the Avaya InterAction Center, AES, VoicePortal, Experience Portal, Dialog Designer, and POM (Proactive OutReach Mgr).
This individual needs to be able to design, configure, implement and provide level III support of the Avaya Contact Center Infrastructure.
Candidate must have Avaya Call Center Application Knowledge to design, configure and provide level III support.
