My client seek an experienced Avaya Engineer to join their team in Maastricht for an initial short term (2 month) contract with a strong possibility of it being extended further.
Main Responsibilities:
Understand the basics of a Telephony environment, how systems interact, design, develop and advise
Required Technical Skills:
Infrastructure knowledge: WAN/LAN, Fiber, TDM, SDH/PDH, SXA, 2Mb....
Telecom/Datacom protocol knowledge: DPNSS, Q.931, Q-SIG, ISDN-30, ISDN-2 SS7/C7, H323, SIP, IPv4/6.
System Knowledge:
Avaya Communication Manager (ACM)
Avaya Application Enablement Services (AES)
Avaya Voice Portal (AVP, Postpaid IVR)
Avaya Call Management System (CMS)
Avaya System and Session Manager (ASM)
Acme Packet (Oracle) Session Border Controller (SBC)
