Contract opportunity for an Avaya Expert in Galway. 6 months minimum
YOUR NEW COMPANY
This company is to the forefront of the pharmaceutical industry and have their European headquarters in Galway. They are continuing to grow from strength to strength with this growth focussed on their Galway offices.
YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be taking on the Avaya Telecommunications Engineer position where you will be responsible for Infrastructure design, installation and maintenance. You will work closely with the vendors to ensure the successful integration of new technologies to the Contact Center and will be the Avaya SME onsite.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
You will have strong experience in a wide range of Avaya products including Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager and System Manager. In addition to this you will have working with Verint Recording products and with Avaya Aura Experience Portal. Also, an exposure to Disaster Recovery and to working with T1s, DS3s and SIP are required for this position.
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
You will work on a challenging project where you can take ownership of the architecture and maintenance of the contact center technologies. In addition to this, you will receive a very competitive day rate for a period of 6 months minimum.
