- In-depth knowledge of Avaya Aura Session Manager, System Manager, Communication Manager, Messaging and Conferencing.
- Experience with Avaya Contact Center, CMS, Avaya Experience Portal, Avaya Application Enablement Server
- Extensive experience with telephony dial plan design and call routing/control protocols such as SIP, H.323, Q.SIG, ISDN PRI and BRI, CAS and LCR.
- Best Practice knowledge and sensitivity to trends influencing design in the UC infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to create designs within set timelines.
- Is used to work in an international, fast-paced corporate environment
- Is known for strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to make persuasive presentations to senior management.
- Has demonstrable ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
