IT. Alliance Group is a leading Irish owned IT. services company. We currently require an Avaya TDA with senior experience

- 7+ years telephony experience
- Holds, as a minimum, a middle level Avaya accreditation
- Has worked on Avaya PBX/Call Centre/Applications technology for at least 10+ years and can provide demonstrable evidence
- Has a good understanding of contact centre adjuncts/functionality (eg call recording, ACD, wall boards, etc)
- Has project experience of major telephony/IPT rollouts in large enterprises


- To design and document low level designs
- To peer review other consultant designs.
- Technical architecture, design and delivery
- To contribute to best practice technical process
- To support the sales process with in-depth

knowledge, both client facing and documentation based.
- To ensure technical knowledge is kept up to date,

in line with strategy.


-Stage and License Avaya S8XXX server (both ACM and Applications) ranges and associated Media Gateway products to ensure it's fully operational, prior to deployment.
- Configure and test PRI/BRI cards/circuits as required.
- Take a prepared workbook and setup the necessary software and associated functionality within a Corporate Voice network.
- Test and verify LSP functionality of Media gateways at individual sites.
-To document and present change requests to the Change Review Board.
-Undertake and complete telephony implementation work in-line with best practice and identified processes.
-Participate in the validation of the integrity and quality of other team members' implementation work as part of the peer review process, so as to ensure right first time and ready for implementation.

-Contribute to the integrity of documentation for telephony infrastructure, particularly updating and reflecting changes to the as-is environment in a timely manner.
-To present complex implementation plans for review by the architectural review board as required.
-Ownership of the implementation of project designs, changes resulting from service requests and day to day in-life change, up to and including bringing into service (BIS) sign-off.
- Working very closely day to day with the project team to ensure the rollouts/deployments stay on schedule.
- Have ability to take a design and work on own initiative (if required) to implement it.


- Assist with any ongoing Business as Usual voice tasks being carried out.
- Take ownership of, and see through completion, various Avaya IPT driven telephony implementations, as part of the overall Transformation Programme.
- Work with the technical team to ensure implementations carried out are robust and adhere to industry standard design and implementation guidelines
- Write and review technical implementation plans and change requests, in advance of any changes being implemented.
- Maintain and make changes to any documentation (Call Flows, Number Plans, Routing tables etc.) where required.
