AVAYA TDA
IT Alliance Group is a leading Irish owned IT services company. We currently require an Avaya TDA with senior experience and 7+ years telephony experience
Project Design
- Holds, as a minimum, a middle level Avaya accreditation
- Has worked on Avaya PBX/Call Centre/Applications technology for at least 7+ years and can provide demonstrable evidence
- Has a good understanding of contact centre adjuncts/functionality (eg call recording, ACD, wall boards, etc)
- Has project experience of major telephony/IPT rollouts in large enterprises
- Strong problem solving skills and a good team player
Translation of business requirements into technical high level design. Consolidation and migration experience would be ideal in Avaya Call Manager, Contact centre and Verint.
- To design and document low level designs
- To peer review other consultant designs.
- Technical architecture, design and delivery
- To contribute to best practice technical process
- To ensure technical knowledge is kept up to date, in line with strategy.
