Avaya/Cisco IP Contact Centre Engineer

12month contract
Dublin City Centre

A financial services institution based in Dublin city centre currently require the expertise of an Avaya/Cisco IP telephony engineer to join their Voice Operations team in Dublin.
This job requires someone with proven experience of supporting voice technologies in a multi-channel contact centre environment.

Essential are the following qualifications:
* Excellent technical knowledge on Avaya
* Good technical knowledge on Verint V.11, Cisco IP Telephony CUCM/Unity (8.6 - 9.1) including supporting Avaya hardware ( G450 Gateways) including Avaya Call Centre technology and ACD functionality
* Good technical knowledge on Avaya (Communications Manager, Modular Messaging, AES, AIC and CMS)
* Minimum 3+ years' experience of Cisco IP telephony infrastructure support and administration
* 5+ years of direct engineering and design experience in TDM/IP telephony working in a global enterprise network preferred
