Utilise your solid experience in the Voice Network and Call Centre technology infrastructure space and act as key designer to ensure that the business receives the best technical solution. Our client, a household name in the financial services sector values its employees, provides career growth and believes in work life balance.

Working with a very close knit team who handle all the Voice and Call Centre technologies, the role will see you:

- Design Avaya Call Centre infrastructure systems, patches and upgrades to ensure the development and maintenance of effective technology infrastructure
- Conduct some capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning of infrastructure components and implement new releases as required.
- Plan and review proposed changes to ensure the successful implementation of Voice/Video Network and Call Centre infrastructure changes with minimum system downtime
- Keep aware of latest developments in infrastructure

You will bring to the role:

- Solid knowledge of Avaya systems, gained in a medium to large enterprise environment, which will include planning, implementation and support of Voice and/or Video
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE OF DESIGNING/ARCHITECTING NEW AVAYA CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTRE SOLUTIONS
- Experience in engaging with Teleco voice vendors
