AVAYA LEVEL 3 ADMIN SUPPORT

Experis IT Switzerland is urgently looking for an experienced Avaya Level 3 Admin Support to join one of their clients in the region of Boudry - Neuchatel, a globally renowned company with an excellent reputation in the pharmaceutical industry! For this role we are looking for a candidate ideally with experience in a similar role to start ASAP who can speak fluent French and English.

TASKS:

- You will maintain switching equipment and applications (key systems, ACD, PBX, VoIP, voice mail, call accounting, reporting systems).
- You will support and work with telephony protocols, including TDM, T1 ISDN, VoIP, H323, TCPIP, SIP, G711, G729 and QoS.
- You will develop, streamline, and optimize complex routing strategies and explain them in simple business terms.
- You will provide support of Voice Telephony infrastructure

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Excellent exposure to Avaya communications and telephony systems including Avaya Media Gateway G650/450 series
- 8+ years of experience in managing Avaya telephony infrastructure
- Experience in working with global teams (onshore and offshore) is a must
- Experience with NICE software
- Knowledge of voice and data communication protocols (H.323, SIP, LDAP, RTP)
- Ability to debug and diagnose root cause and resolve telephony issues
- ITIL Certified Preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written French and English required

LOCATION: Boudry - Neuchatel

START DATE: ASAP

DURATION: 6 month (+6 months extension)
