Avaya Infrastructure Expert (f/m)

One of our clients is looking for a consultant (f/m) with good know-how with the Avaya Communication Manager. The project will mainly take place in Germany and Slovakia.

Role in the project: Infrastructure Architect - SmartCloud Unified Communications
REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Avaya Communication Manager
- Migration from Avaya Communication Manager from older versions like 3.x; 4.x and 5.2 to 6.x
- Gateway G650 & G450 Implementation Skill (SW/HW Upgrade, base configuration new systems and replacement of G350/G700 by G450)
- License Generation for ACM, AES, WFO
- Hardware/SW Installation/Upgrade of Server Equipment for Avaya Components (LAN,WAN Parameter, Server based cabling, configuration)
- Avaya Call Center Elite
- CC call flow and vector programming
- Use of Provision Tool
- CMS reporting 13.-16. (Installation, activation, report generation designer reports, version upgrade)
- Avaya Aura EP Installation and application/Voce XML programming
- IP LAN/WAN network skills for VoIP implementations
- Troubleshooting
- Production hand over
