One of our market leading clients is urgently seeking an German Speaking Windows Server Administrator to join their multinational team in a progressive environment, using cutting-edge technologies for a 12 Months contract in Brussels - Rates are open for the ideal candidate.
THE IDEAL AVAYA & GENESYS TECHNICAL EXPERT SHOULD IDEALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Experience in Genesys and Avaya support
2. Call Centre support experience
3. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
4. Experience SIP Servers and SIP-Trunking
5. Incident and Problem management skills
Nice to have:
1. Unix and Sql Queries
2. Knowledge on XML, VXML, PHP, HTML, Web Server applications.
