VOICE
- Installation, support, administration and maintenance of Avaya platform equipment such as AES, Communication Manager, CMS;
- Integration between Avaya Platform and Verint Recorder providing CTI services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Undertake and complete telephony implementation work in-line with best practice and identified processes.
-Contribute to the integrity of documentation for telephony infrastructure, particularly updating and reflecting changes to the as-is environment in a timely manner.
-To present complex implementation plans for review by the architectural review board as required.
-Ownership of the implementation of project designs, changes resulting from service requests and day to day in-life change, up to and including bringing into service sign-off.
- Working very closely day to day with the project team to ensure the rollouts/deployments stay on schedule.
- Have ability to take a design and work on own initiative (if required) to implement it.
