Projektbeschreibung

Role:

- Review business requirements provided by the client's  Business Analysts. Requirements mainly focussed on PCS campaigns
- Extensive experience with and expertise with PCS campaign-management capability out-of-the-box, and what/how configuration & customisation can allow that to be expanded
- Deep understanding of the tenanting feature and how it can be used to segregate access to system processes, data & user-access-control
- Expertise with Real Time monitoring
- Expertise with complex campaign-management features - Unit Work List, Latelist, custom-list-processing, managed dialing, predictive vs progressive config, cron jobs, etc.
- Implement Proof of Concepts for complex campaign requirements and demonstrate/discuss with customer

EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED WITH:

- PCS version 5.1, heavily reliant on the new Tenanting feature
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred
- Six or more years of experience in data, voice or video networks
- Experience working with multiple technical platforms
- Experience working with network systems, networking principles, data, voice or video
