We are currently looking for a FRENCH speaking AVAYA CALL CENTRE SPECIALIST to start ASAP on a Contract basis (6 months rolling) for my client based in Paris, France.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Expertise in telephony solutions and call centers:
- Expertise in the following Avaya products: Avaya Communication Manager, CallCenter Elite Gateway G650/G700/G450/G350/G250, CMS, Avaya Voice Portal.
- Good knowledge in network technologies: IP, switching, routing.
- Good knowledge systems: Windows Server, Linux, database, web server.
- Knowledge in other Avaya products (Avaya Interactive Response, Avaya Interaction Center, Avaya Modular Messaging, Avaya IQ, Avaya Proactive Contact, Avaya Aura Contact Center, Session Manager) as well as related products (Record: Nice, Verint. Wallboard, CTI solution) is a plus.
