AVAYA AND GENESYS TECHNICAL EXPERT

An Avaya and Genesys Technical Expert is urgently required for an ASAP start with a major client in Brussels, Belgium.

The Avaya and Genesys Technical Expert will have the following skills and experience -

- Troubleshooting experience - Genesys 8.0 and higher Environment (Framework, Routing, Reporting, GVP/IVR, Outbound, Multi-channel Applications)
- NICE WFM
- Working experience in UNIX/Linux SQL,Shell Scripting, Oracle AVAYA
- Working experience on Avaya S8xx Enterprise Servers,
- Avaya CMS Supervisor and related Routing and reporting applications
- ISDN Trunk troubleshooting
- SIP Servers/SIP Trunk/IMS gateways

The Avaya Genesys Technical Expert will be responsible for the following -

- Able to provide infra support (Genesys & Avaya)
- Good Application troubleshooting/Debugging skills
- Monitor and work on incidents
- Flexible to do - after hours support if needed
