Avaloq Parametrisation Business Analyst - CRM

I am currently working on a great job opportunity with a client of mine in ZURICH. They are looking for an AVALOQ PARAMETRISATION BUSINESS ANALYST - CRM to join their team an initial one year contract basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Business analysis, specification and implementation (parametrisation) in the CRM area
- Support business functions with technical tests in test and integration environments
- Stakeholder management
- End user consulting
- Service management: business as usual support via incident management
- Change management: support specific projects or change request, provide conclusions, recommendations, effort estimations, solution designs and develop solutions

YOUR BACKGROUND

- University degree in computer science or engineering
- Experience in business analysis, consulting, development
- Understanding of Wealth Business Processes, Products and Services
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the CRM area
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in Avaloq
- Fluent English and German (preferred)
- Avaloq Certified professional
- Strong Avaloq parametrisation know-how
- PL/SQL skills
