Avaloq Parameterisation Specialist/Business Analyst wanted for an international bank located in Zurich.
YOUR TASKS:
- Rollout of new Hardware single workplace as well as bulk rollout for entire Bank
- Moving of work desk, replace defect components (PCs, Laptops, printers, faxes & Phones)
- Supporting end user on site with related issues which cannot be dealt with by the SD
- Managing second level support and staging of desktop Computers and migration from old to new platform
- working towards SLA settings for the area
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Expertise in Hardware components (HP & Lenovo) as well as solid knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7 and Office 2010 and newer
- Several years of experience in a banking environment
- On-Site user training on standard software and PC configuration and experience with Thin Client Citrix/VCS/VDI
- Ability to identify issues around the supported components and to use deployment tools such as Altiris
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
