Avaloq Business Analyst for CRM wanted for our Zurich based client in the technical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University degree in computer science or equivalent
- Profound background in business analysis, consulting, development as well as excellent knowledge of operating systems, applications and databases
- 3+ years' experience in the CRM area and Avaloq
- Know How of PL/SQL, Project Management or Oracle database is highly advantageous
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Performing incident management tasks and solution developing in the CRM area
- Supporting business functions with technical tests in test- and integration environments
- Providing conclusions in addition to ensuring the quality of specific projects or change request
