AVALOQ BUSINESS ANALYST CRM

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst with good experience in the customization (parametrization) of the Avaloq core banking solution within the CRM area of the System. Our client is a well-established financial service provider in Zurich. This is a contract assignment (bodyleasing only).
Tasks
- Business analysis, specification and implementation in the area of CRM (Contact Management, Sales Opportunities, Campaign Management)
- Thorough understanding of the Wealth Business Processes, Products and Services
- Support business functions with technical tests in test- and integration environments
- Stakeholder management including end user consulting
- Service management: Business as Usual (BAU) support via Incident Mgmt.
- Change management: Support of specific projects or change requests, provide conclusions, recommendations, effort estimations, solution designs and develop agreed solutions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, good foundation experience in consulting, business analysis, development
- Strong Avaloq parameterisation know-how, Avaloq certification a plus
- Good knowledge in PL/SQL, writing and reading
- Knowledge of Oracle database technologies
- Project management and good stakeholder management a plus
- University degree (or equivalent) in computer science or engineering
- Excellent English is a must, German a plus
