AutoSys Technical support to work within the AutoSys team, supporting multiple customers. You will be have working knowledge of the workload automation tool AutoSys.
Providing in hours support for customers, resolving and investigating incidents, making changes and managing the implementation of service requests.
There is also an element of on-call work to support out of office hours on a rota basis- dealing with major incidents (nights and weekends).
