Rate: Up to 45.60/hr Ltd Co. Dependant on Experience.

Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role:

Division:
Engineering to Order.

Position Description:
Assume lead project management responsibility for the entire in-sourcing project - design and execute transfer plan from current outsource organisation to in-house operation, including all systems operational at point of changeover. Plan for team induction, including training, guidance and development of team. Engender a client culture and loyalty amongst new team members. Responsibility for IT/systems development, Procurement and Purchasing. Manage the interface with the Purchasing Group.

Skills Preferred:
Deep knowledge of the principles and processes involved in logistics management. Proven and successful Project Management experience in an Aftersales environment. Is familiar with the use of SAP systems. A detailed understanding of current economic, technological and political factors that drive change in the automotive design and Aftersales environment and be able to interpret these factors to create strategies for Parts and Accessories Inventory that deliver a competitive edge for the client. Experience in driving results through teamwork. Established network of industry contacts to ensure alertness to new concepts and strategies. Proven track record of achieving personal and team goals. Fluent English (written and spoken).

Experience Required:
Minimum of 10 years experience in automotive or a related industry, including 5+ years in a management role.

Education Required:
Degree educated - further postgraduate qualifications an advantage.
