Automotive Electrician for E/E Workshop and Flash Support (m/w)

We are currently looking for a automotive electrician for E/E workshop and flash support (m/w).

Job description:
+ Preparing vehicles to the correct level for evaluation within the framework of the I-Level validation process through timely hardware changes and flashing with the current software
+ Fault finding and analysis of occurring E/E problems
+ E/E support for all test vehicles within the Group FIT, complete vehicle and drive train durability programs
+ Fitment of components into the vehicles
+ Where relevant, problem elimination and making repairs for conducting of vehicle tests
+ Installation of suitable measurement equipment
+ Supporting teams from E/E development departments with reference to USA specific navigation, telephone satellite and HD radio sub-systems
+ Support Vehicle testing/ evaluations as part of overnight and weekend drives.
+ Documentation of test drives

+ practical knowledge of all BMW products
+ Basic knowledge of the product development process
+ Detailed knowledge of diagnostic tools and software
+ Detailed knowledge of hardware and operation of measurement and diagnostic tools (Feger, Bluepirat, INCA, X2E Datalogger, DART, Canape und CAN log)
+ Necessary qualifications to work on hybrid- and electric vehicles to meet relevant safety requirements
+ German and English written and spoken
