Automation Web Tester (Behat) - London

Automation Web Tester (Behat, Mink, BDD)

I am currently working with a specialist e-commerce agency who are looking for a specialist Web Tester to come on board for 3 months+ to work on 2 ongoing projects. You will be working with their internal sprint teams to ensure the quality of the delivered e-commerce website.

The Role

* To ensure all users stories entered into a sprint are clear, concise and measurable / testable.
* To write new BDD scenario tests in Behat for all user stories in a sprint
* To write new Behat functions in PHP to extend test coverage allowing wording of the test to remain accessible to all stakeholders. To ensure thorough scenario coverage of all user stories including fail scenarios
* To ensure that all tests are passed before a story is deemed to be complete
* To work within a continuous integration style environment so that all previously passed tests are retested with each build
* To ensure legacy tests are updated when subsequent sprints alter functionality.

Skills Required

* Experience of Behavioural Driven Development (BDD) methodologies
* Behat, Mink
