Automation Support

SUMMARY:

- This request is to provide automation and project management support for several updates and enhancements.
- The engineer will work to address tasks in the most efficient and time-effective way possible.

TASKS INCLUDE:

- Provide automation enhancements and support
- GMP configuration, release, and cutover of redundant SCADA Servers (hardware, software, and OS are available for immediate start)
- GMP configuration, release, and cutover of rebuilt Terminal Server (hardware, software, and OS will be available by task start)
- Project management and interfacing with contractors for construction activities associated with an airlock pass-thru upgrade (non-GMP
- Project management and interfacing with contractors for construction activities associated with a CCTV upgrade (non-GMP)
- General facility support activities including full implementation and release of minor GMP change controls

This work is a flat rate bit to be paid out as described in the milestone section. - Draft, pre-approve, and own change controls
- Provide technical implementation
- Validate and qualify, as required
- Update specifications, SOP's, and GMP life cycle documents as required
- Close change controls
- Drawings and automated systems will be provided
- Interface with construction contractors to ensure questions are addressed and solutions are installed to the highest quality
- The engineer must follow all current GMP procedures and policies applicable to site, including the site change control procedure.

SKILLS:

AUTOMATION ENGINEER MUST HAVE:

- Detailed knowledge of GE Proficy SCADA system implementations and architecture
- Instrumentation and Controls experience, and ability to understand electrical schematics
- Project management experience
- Experience with validation and GMP conformance
