Our client in Belgium produces, packs and distributes in a high-tech environment, sterile injectable medicines. More than 1 million injectable medicines are produced, packaged and distributed every day. Their destination: 170 countries, worldwide.
Currently, we are looking for PROJECT ENGINEERS - AUTOMATION to join their team in Belgium.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Troubleshooting: In the case of production stoppages due to technical malfunctions,
go to the spot to eliminate the cause of the malfunction. - You will ensure that production returns to one controlled way and makes proposals for improvement so that this failure does not occur again (continuous improvement).
- You will communicate your actions and proposals to production, support, and maintenance.
- You will work on projects that require changes to PLC programs.
- You will prepare the changes, implement them, test them and provide good documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional Bachelor or Master Electro Mechanics, option automation.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- HMI (SCADAWinCC) and PLC systems (S7).
- Machine/process automation (E & I, EN60204, ...)
- Extensive PLC knowledge: (S7, profibus, profinet, OPC, ...)
- Knowledge of industrial computer hardware, software and networks.
- Knowledge of validation, knowledge of pharmaceutical processes.
- Experience with servo drives is an asset.
