For our Client in STEIN, we are looking for an AUTOMATION ENGINEER PI HISTORIAN VERTICAL INTEGRATION, for a 7 MONTHS contract.

Duration: 04/06/2018 to 31/12/2018

Location: Stein, AG, Switzerland

Workload: 100%

Major Responsibilities:

- Integration and qualification of process modules and new Process Equipment
- Plan, implement, and execute application architecture and migration (Architect)
- Support operations and life cycle management (Support)
- Application maintenance (Support)
- Developing and Implementation of Visualization displays and views
- Planning and execution of PI System architecture (consolidation according to global standard)
- Coordination of GIS Services (VSG Firewall configuration and McAfee exclusions)
- System extension and connecting to MES, SRM, MII, Escalation Server, Monitoring
- API node engineering activities

Candidate's Profile

Work experience:

- 5 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN VARIOUS ENGINEERING FUNCTIONS, WITH FOCUS ON THE FIELD OF AUTOMATION
- Project experience (advantage)

Computer skills:

- MS Office and other standard programs
- Good knowledge of PI Historian
- Good knowledge of SAP-PM (advantage)
- Good knowledge of COMOS (advantage)

Education: Engineer's degree or equivalent, or further education

Linguistic background:

- Fluent German
- Fluent English
