Automation Engineer - Deltav

My Global Market-Leading Pharmaceutical client is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with expertise in DeltaV and commissioning and Qualification. The successful candidate will be conducting SAT and Automation Testing as well as C&Q and providing expert training and guidance around DeltaV to the rest of the team.

Role:
Automation Discipline Engineer (Delta V support + Commissioning & Qualification)

Mission testing

Follow Automation Site acceptance tests (SAT) onsite
Prepare SAT activity (doc, strategy)
Follow Automation Site Qualification (IV/OV) in Belgium.
Prepare SAT & Qualification activity (doc, strategy).
Hand over SAT + qualification activity and documents.

Mission Delta V technical design support

Support project discipline leads choosing and implementing the
right technical solution in project
Improve on going design to make it robust
Analyse and propose technical solutions to solve technical issues.
Align work methodology, when possible
Write technical specification and guidelines

Requirements

Industrial Engineer (Electronic, Electricity, Electro-Meca) option
Automation
Automation & electricity with basic knowledge in instrumentation
GAMP 5 (ASTM approach)
S88 model
System DCS philosophy
C&Q constraint in pharmaceutical factory
Bulk process equipment

Experience:
Automation in pharma
Automation C&Q in Pharma
Delta V (Emerson DCS)
Bulk process equipment (Bio-reactor, harvest, media-prep)
