Automation Engineer - Delta V/Delta V Batch- Biopharm

Leading Biopharmaceutical client has a long term contract requirement for an experienced client side AUTOMATION ENGINEER with strong DELTA V/DELTA V BATCH experience.

Working on a new build Biotech facility, you will be required to join the team to complete the implementation of the Delta V system which will involve working as the client representative and working closely with the system integrator on site.

Duties will include:

Project Phase:
Work closely with the system integrator on the IFD Issue for Design & P&IDs
IFC Issue for Construction & P&IDs
Work with the System Integrator on reviewing/approval of DDS - Detailed Design Specifications for the DELTA V process upstream/downstream
FRS Functional Requirement Specifications/Functional Specifications
FATs in November
30% of the system needs to be uploaded by the end of the year

Throughout this cycle stakeholders to liaise with will include Project Managers, System Owners, Process Engineers.

Skills required:- * Highly competent Automation Engineer with extensive Delta V experience - Competence in Delta V DCS batch configuration experience.
* BATCH S88 EXPERTISE (SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT STANDARD)
* DESIGN EXPERIENCE: DDS/FS/FRS/P&IDS/IFC/IFD
*. Ideally bulk drug substance experience (MUST HAVE GMP EXPERIENCE)
Ideally worked on large scale capital project experience (€100 mil + projects)
. Familiar with Gamp 4 (Good Automation Manufacturing Practice), Validation and commissioning procedures in cGMP operating environment

Hourly rate +
Expenses: To be reimbursed at cost with receipts:
- Flight Costs
- Accommodation Cost
- Airport Parking Cost
- In Country travel costs to site/accommodation for duration of stay - ie Taxi/Train/Hire Car.

4 months in Cork required for the design phase and then to be based in Belgium.
