Automation Developer Lead

SolTech is seeking a high aptitude Automation Developer Lead to join our collaborative team. The Automation Developer Lead will be responsible for supporting developers by automating environment provisioning.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-     Work in a team environment with the commitment to deliver innovative high quality software in a timely manner
-     Support product teams by giving them automation and monitoring tools so they can deploy new versions of apps, etc.
-     Work directly with the product development to understand their business objectives and system needs
-     Design and develop automated deployment mechanisms that reduce the risk of human error
-     Display a sense of urgency in responding to requests
-     Effectively communicate project status to project managers and client contacts
-     Have the ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
-     Four year college degree and 6 or more year's professional experience or 8 or more year's professional experience is  required.
-     Degree in technical field (Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Sciences) preferred
-     Experience in technical field preferred (including  co-ops and internships), such as software development, web site development, systems support or administration
-     Demonstrated passion for keeping abreast of emerging  and relevant technologies
