Automated Test Technician Job

AUTOMATED TEST TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Melbourne, FL.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Prepare work estimates, schedule inputs and metric data to project management.
- Consult with other cross-functional engineering staff (electrical, mechanical, systems) to evaluate automated test environment interfaces to radio equipment.
- Design and development of an automated test framework/environment to validate Real Time Embedded systems of advanced radio communications equipment.
- Working in a team environment
- Design and develop software components required to test features and capabilities for software defined radios.
- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (requirements analysis, high level design, detailed design, coding, unit test, integration, system level test).

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor of Science in CS/SE discipline along with two (2) plus years of directly related experience.
- Two (2) plus years of C#
- Two (2) plus years C++
- Two (2) plus years of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD)
- Two (2) plus years of multi-threaded design/programming.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Tactical Radio Communications waveforms and equipment
- Automated test development experience
- Experience with .net 3.5+ framework
- Experience with basic IP programming
- Java
- CMMI and standard software development processes
- XML
