Automated QA Contractor

Beacon Hill Technologies is working with a local Client in the Akron/Canton, Ohio area to staff a long-term Automated QA contract. Contract is slated to go 12-24 Month. Corp-to-Corp candidates will be considered.

*CANDIDATES MUST ATTEND A FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEW ONSITE AT CANDIDATE'S EXPENSE*

*LOCAL CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED*

Skills

- 2-5  years application/software testing or equivalent

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

- Automated testing tools (IE Winrunner, HP Quick Test Pro, etc.)
- Writing test cases and test plans 
- Test case execution
- Defect investigation and review with development team
- Logging/documenting defects during the test execution phase
- Reported test results to the project manager
- Understanding of systems development life cycle, design principles, and standard IS testing methodologies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build business relationships, internalize business requirements, and interact with users at various levels
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Must have good problem solving skills
- Must have the ability to multitask and drive assignments to completion
