Automated Operations Analyst

We look for a Automated Operations Analyst

Beschreibung:
- Utilize REXX programming code to automate global mainframes and documents the processes.
- Provide 24/7/365 support for 23 production and 23 DR mainframe LPARS o Support for Security and Control processes
- Ensure performance to SLA
- Maintain separation of duties
- Provide metrics and status reports o Oversee incident Resolution

Requirements:
- Knowledge of computer operations helpful
- Mainframe Processor knowledge required
- Previous automation experience (AF/OPER) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive internal efficiencies
- Ability to learn quickly
- Basic project management skills required - Strong programming aptitude
- Good communications skills (working with other data center teams, and application customers, management, etc.)

Comments:
- Candidates must have good verbal and written communication skills (english! german is an advantage), be highly motivated, and possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills. - must be EU citizens!
