Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.
Knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software and Internet directory services software.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree in computer related field or equivalent training required. 0-4 years experience required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Familiar with AutoDesk software.
DESIRED SKILL:
LISP programming or similar command language.
The AutoDesk Support Analyst is responsible for the installations, upgrades, and technical support assistance to Customer's Global Customers for all AutoDesk Application Software.
