The work is varied and interesting. We anticipate that it will involve 3.5 to 4 days per week, operating on a freelance basis.
Good autocad and building visualization/ construction knowledge is absolutely essential, as is an excellent command of spoken/ written English and grammar.
This opportunity would suit a semi - retired professional structural technician with at least 25 years experience of operating in the construction / housing / consultancy sector. Please DO NOT apply if you do not have extensive experience as there is no facility to train. DO NOT apply unless you can commute easily to Amersham and are UK based.
