Autocad Drafter Job

AUTOCAD DRAFTER (REMOTE) needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Diego, CA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- AutoCAD proficiency
- Attention to Detail
- MS Office proficiency

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Produce drawings using computer-assisted drafting using an AutoCAD software
- Draw maps, diagrams, and profiles, using cross-sections and surveys, to represent elevations, topographical contours, subsurface formation, and structure
- Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures, installations, and construction projects such as highways, sewage disposal systems, and dikes, working from sketches or notes
- Review rough sketches, drawings, specification, and other engineering data received from civil engineers to ensure that they conform to design concepts

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Three to five (3-5) plus years of experience in a technical/engineering environment required
- Proficiency in use of CAD software is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook including Microsoft Office 2010 is required
- Ability to analyze and effectively document large volumes of technical data is essential.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments and changing priorities.
- Skill in oral and written communication to effectively fulfil client/customer/team requirements.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- A Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, mathematics, computer science or a related field is preferred.
- Experience participating in and performing effectively in a project team environment is highly desirable
