Configure existing corporate and regional office AutoCAD plans to be uploaded to the Manhattan (CAFM program).
Communicates with Strategy and Planning Director and Occupancy Planners
Create documentation for upload process that can be distributed to Architects and Designers.
Provides technical assistance to Occupancy Planners as needed.
Adheres to timelines, and expectations.
SKILLS:
REQUIRED SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY:
2D drawing skills in Auto CAD (2004-2013)
Familiar with Manhattan (CAFM program); OR solid corporate real estate CAD experience.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Associate or Technical Degree preferred
2 years experience working in Auto CAD in an office environment
The ability to multitask, track deadlines and prioritize daily tasks
Proven ability to work well in a team environment is a must
