- profound experience in the area of HR Master Data / Organizational Data incl. global templates – SAP HCM and SuccessFactors – in an international environment
- 2-3 years of experience with HR shared service organizations
- Experience in the rollout and adaptation of HR authorization concepts in international corporate environment – in particular payroll
- experience with major transformation projects preferably in the energy sector
- experience with cloud solutions / SaaS in the HR function
- knowledge of SAP HR HCM authorization concepts and their implementation – in particular for international payroll and ESS/MSS solutions incl. reporting tools
- knowledge of data protection requirements
- knowledge of the challenges in the energy business environment
- business fluent in German
- business fluent in English

IHRE AUFGABEN

- Support definition and implementation of an HR authorization concept adapted to the new HR operating model in SAP-HCM and related systems
- Support day to day issue resolution during the transformation
- Ensure compliance and data protection at all times throughout the transformation program
