Aurion Specialist

The successful candidate will work closely with the Aurion team and acts as a central point of contact between the user and the supplier and will be involved in the delivery of specific Aurion products with business process automation processes in the HRMS implementation.

The specialist will be responsible for delivery of products in relation to HRMS (Aurion) and will:

- Analyse the performance of Aurion with regard to eRecruitment and Online Performance Management System and present options for resolution
- Provide analysis and solutions in relation to the online Performance Management System 3
- Provide analysis and solutions relating to Web Recruitment, including the BPA elements of the eRecruitment product.
- Oversee the implementation of Version 10.3, with particular regard to the impact of the new system on existing system components
- Develop comprehensive BPA build specification and configuration documentation.

The successful candidate will also manage stakeholder relations, particularly with Aurion Corporation.
