Auditor/CIA/Risk/Compliance/SOX/Basel II & III

SENIOR AUDITOR, NETHERLANDS & BELGIUM

We are looking for a Senior Auditor to be part of an Auditing team responsible for the delivery of high quality and efficient audits and projects for Governance, Risk & Compliance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Managing the Audit process with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues
- Suggest improvements risk management, financial and operational processes
- SOX 404 assessment, testing and monitoring
- Internal controls assessment and evaluation relative to strategic, compliance, operational and/or financial risks
- Lead and manage project work on clients sites including liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the Audit process.
- Show a solution-based approach to problem solving, referred to for research on delivery of solutions in that field on client assignments
- Demonstrate expertise in risk and compliancy areas such as SOX, Anti-money Laundering, FATCA, Solvency II, Basel II & III or Regulatory Licensing.
- Demonstrate expertise in using Global Audit Methodology to perform an assurance engagement in compliance with auditing standards
- Identify areas requiring improvement in the clients business processes and possible recommendations and prepare and deliver Management Letter to be provided to the client.

PROFILE

- Be in possession of CIA - Certified Internal Auditor
- You are client oriented and have excellent communication skills including report writing, questioning and basic presentation skills
- You own research and analysis skills, including how to verify, challenge and interpret information used to create financial statements or other business data
- You are a teamplayer and have great coaching skills
- Relevant Master Degree in Economics, Business Engineering, Finance
- You have 3 to 5 years External Audit experience
