TECHNOLOGY AUDIT & COMPLIANCE LEAD
As a member of the Foundation Technologies Services (FTS) team, the Technology Audit & Compliance Lead will lead audit and compliance coordination, facilitation and control guidance for Technology with a primary focus on Infrastructure. This role will work in close collaboration with our Internal Audit and Security teams.

1. Audit request management
Manage end to audit process including collection of evidence and coordination of resources for Client, Internal and Regulatory Audits
2. Control, evidence and remediation guidance
Work with control executors to ensure control design, evidence requirements and remediation plans meets control objective
3. Tools, process and oversight for evidence collection and storage
Support functional towers by providing the tools, process and oversight for evidence collection and storage
4. Governance and monitoring of compliance and remediation
Produce regular management reports regarding compliance operations and progress
Advise internal management of compliance issues, action plans and escalations
Ensure controls and procedures are documented and communicated and appropriately transitioned
5. Unified evidence process
Establish and implement strategy to identify synergies and drive simplified evidence collection across audit and compliance needs
6. Team Management
Management of 4 direct reports
Assess staff skills and capabilities to identify training and development needs

SKILLS:

SKILLS NEEDED:
Audit and Compliance expertise including:
SOC 1
SOC 2
Sarbanes Oxley
HIPAA
PCI
ITIL
COBIT
CMMI

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related experience.
Experience leading audit and compliance initiatives
Demonstrates full familiarity with auditing concepts and remediation strategies
Deep knowledge and understanding of security and risks management processes and best practices
Experience leading a team of staff in managing risk assessment activities
Knowledgeable in relevant audit and security standards
CISA, CISM, CISSP designation a plus
Strong project management skills (PMP a plus)
Requires objectivity and analytical driven approach
Client interaction and consultative skills
Understanding of relevant technologies (eg, Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms, voice and data networks, LAN/WAN protocols, Firewalls, cloud computing etc.)
Ability to oversee and manage audits and reviews
Practical experience managing multiple compliance/audit projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and consulting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Personal commitment to the success of the organization by focusing on delivering results
Experience with developing control processes and testing controls
Experience with technical writing and document management/control practices
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple goals and deadlines
Ability to provide some flexibility to work off hours to accommodate calls in different time zones
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
