We&rsquore looking to recruit several qualified Audit Senior Associates to join our assurance team based in Bristol as we continue to grow. You&rsquoll be responsible for the delivery of your engagements and ensuring the high quality of your team?s audit work and reporting. You will also lead and coach your team members, and manage relationships with clients. More broadly, you will also contribute to the running of our business unit, including business and people development. You will also have the opportunity to work on advisory engagements, on both our audit and non-audit clients.

About the role
This role will include:
Provide audit and business advice to a variety of clients
Provide an on-site co-ordination role for audit clients including planning, day to day management of the audit team, liaising with clients and completing audit assignments
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and established audit clients
Work and liaise with other members of the audit team and colleagues in other parts of the firm as necessary to provide high quality clients service
Strong business awareness, sound reporting skills and the ability to work under your own initiative
Report directly to a partner, director, senior manager or manager
Have supervisory responsibility for teams of up to 10 people
Responsible for the coaching and development of others with an opportunity to take personal responsibility for an individual&rsquos career development
A chance to give back to community and social welfare projects, often using your business skills.

Although the majority of your time will be spent servicing clients in the west, at times, there is a requirement to support the other West and Wales offices in Cardiff, Swansea and Plymouth.

Opportunity for working from home? - Minimal but depends on ad hoc projects and we encourage flexibility to allow people to commit to out of work interests and responsibilities.

Requirements
ACA/ACCA/CA qualification essential
Have significant auditing and accounting experience
A passion for client service
A keenness to further your own personal development and career goals
Other relevant competencies include financial reporting frameworks such as UK GAAP, IFRS and auditing frameworks such as UK ISAs. Although limited, some assignments may require travel outside of the immediate West and Wales vicinity and include certain nights staying away from home.
