Audit, Risk & Compliance - Manager/Assistant Mgr

If you are an experienced Auditor looking to specialise in the Risk & Compliance arena, this role could provide you with the ideal opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge with a dynamic and fast growing Financial Services practice.
This role will be responsible for the management of various client engagements including performing a range of risk based internal audit testing procedures in accordance with the firm&rsquos standards, Monitoring the effectiveness of controls and processes within client businesses and assessing the exposure / risk due to ineffective application, Compliance reviews of clients&rsquo processes and procedures with industry & regulatory requirements, Supervision of junior staff members on assignments and ensuring regular and effective communication with senior staff and partners.
The successful applicant will be a Qualified Accountant or Auditor (CA, ACCA or equivalent) with recent experience of working in an Internal Audit or Risk capacity in either industry or the profession.  Excellent up to date technical knowledge of Risk based internal audit and planning.  Ability to develop and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, commercial focus and proven people management skills.  Previous Financial Services sector experience an advantage.
