Audit Manager Job

AUDIT MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in Princeton, NJ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Prior Audit or SOX experience
- Knowledge of SAP, and Microsoft Visio
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Performs assessment on adequacy of control procedures, working with corporate and local operating management to establish adequate controls, evaluating and testing SOX controls as well as recommending and following-up on remediation action plans
- Requires in-depth functional knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley
- Requires cross-functional communication and negotiation
- Monitor SOD and remediate potential conflicts with business owners
- Makes decisions and implements procedures that affects areas of the company outside their own functional area
- Actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives and updating procedures
- Self-motivated and driven to complete projects on own
- Relies on experience and judgment plan to accomplish goals
- Understands variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Receives general instructions for non-standard analyses and projects
- Interfaces to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Visio, and Internal Controls
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- Prior Audit or SOX experience

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- CPA preferred
