Audio Visual / Videoconferencing Engineers – Heathrow – 12 Month Contr

My Client, a leading global IT Managed Services Provider require 3 x Audio Visual / Videoconferencing Engineers to join their team on an initial 12 month contract basis. The role requires engineers provide on-site cover from 8am-4pm daily and offer potential emergency cover as and when required.

The day to day duties for this roles include:

• Reactive and proactive maintenance duties associated with Audio Visual and Videoconferencing technologies.

• Conduct regular planned preventative maintenance checks on all rooms carrying out remedial work as necessary e.g. changing projector lamps etc.

• Provide ad hoc customer support over the wide range of issues that may arise as part of the project as directed by the Logicalis support team an in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• To provide emergency customer support outside the office opening hours Candidates for the role should have had a minimum of 2 years' exposure working with Audio Visual / Videoconferencing Technology i.e. Polycom, Tandberg, Codian, etc.. Any engineers with a CTS qualification will be at a distinct advantage for the role, without the qualification being essential. Heathrow - Audio Visual / Videoconferencing Engineers - Market Rate
