We are seeking an innovative AUDIOVISUAL PROFESSIONAL to join our team in support of our high-visibility client's audiovisual and technical support team. The successful candidate will be part of a team that provides technical support, consulting, integration project management and maintenance support. This position offers the candidate the opportunity to utilize significant experience in the audiovisual field to include webcasting, VTC, video walls, and collaboration support.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with other internal organizations to provide the technical support for internal meeting/collaboration spaces, conferences, and other ad hoc events.
- Utilize significant experience in the audiovisual field to include webcasting, VTC, video walls, and collaboration support.
- Work with other internal organizations to provide the technical support for internal meeting/collaboration spaces, conferences, and other ad hoc events.
- Maintain advanced networking and IT skills.
- Interact with and provide support for clients and other high level executives.
- Provide training opportunities to learn new skills and maintain a high level of industry knowledge and should be able to pass that training on to others.
- A minimum of a CTS or CTS-I certification as a mandatory requirement to maintain employment.
- Lift in excess of 50 pounds and maintain a professional appearance suitable to a corporate environment.
- May be required to rotate hours (including evenings) and provide occasional weekend support.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of AV technical experience
- 3+ years performing hands-on technical aspects of Audiovisual and Control System equipment
- 2+ years of customer service experience with high level executive audiences
- 2+ years of Information Technology experience

MUST HAVE SKILLS

- CTS or CTS-I certification required
- Lift in excess of 50 pounds and maintain a professional appearance suitable to a corporate environment
- Experience in the audiovisual field to include webcasting, VTC, video walls, and collaboration support
