Audio Visual and Events Coordinator

My client is looking for an AV Coordinator to join them on an initial 3 month contract in Nottingham, to provide a single point of accountability for Event and Audio Visual Management at their head office.

This role also has the potential to turn into a permanent placement should the fit be right for both candidate and client at the end of the contract.

You will be responsible for ensuring the clients corporate image is positively projected at all times to both internal and external customers, other responsibilities include:

- Day to day responsibility for the smooth management and co-ordination of internal events from a FM perspective
- Ensure all Audio Visual requests (data shows, conference telephone, and video conferencing) are delivered and set up to the customers' expectations. Assist where necessary
- Provide effective communication with colleagues and users (stakeholders) to ensure that customer expectations are met/exceeded to meet the client's expectations
- To ensure daily delivery of a world class events and AV management service ascertaining business needs and customer requirements
- Monitor the standards of service delivery throughout the day to ensure excellence and consistency
- Plan and organise the workload so that it is efficient and effective and allows service to be delivered promptly and reliably
- Project a happy, welcoming and positive professional attitude throughout
- Delivering first point of contact for customer satisfaction
- Audit equipment
- Ensure that maintenance issues are addressed with urgency
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and/or change behaviours or plans to better achieve outstanding results according to the need of the situation
- Proactively develop the Event/Audio Visual processes to improve and maximize service delivery

Ideally candidate should have previous experience of working in a customer care role and have accomplished IT and Audio Visual skills.
