Projektbeschreibung

The ideal Audience Experience Manager will have the following capabilities:

- Strong working knowledge of the benefits, use, and coordination of communications media, tools and services (eg Webex Social Video, Communications Resource Center, Cisco TV, TelePresence,)
- Frontline, tactical program and project management on behalf of client.
- Event pre- and post-production coordination and partner engagement.
- Event Engagement lead, partnering with other shared services.
- Deep understanding of client preferences and client use of communication vehicles.
- Conducts client audience analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of an extended team, often virtually.
- A strong client service orientation and executive presence is critical. Resourceful, self-starter, solution-oriented.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently and stay on-track.
- Capable of survey creation, data management and presentation creation.
- Ability to adapt and perform in a rapidly changing environment.Thrives in an environment with a variety of tasks and team interactions
