A leading broadcasting company in its field requires a technical analyst to work on the Engineering Excellence project; the candidate will also need to be an SME.
Key skills of the role require experience with Remedy 8.1 and Atrium ADDM also an understanding of CIs (Configuration Items), reconciliation rules, normalisation rules, and data imports. Experience with CMBD is also vital.
Purpose of the role:
. You'll be engaged with their Data Architect to build their CMDB using industry standard tools (Atrium CMDB 8.1 and ADDM 10.0)
. You'll need to have the ability and knowledge to work with and interface to a Remedy On Demand Environment (ITSM 8.1)
