Our client is among the world's leading financial services seeking to fill a contractor position with a senior level ATM Software Engineer or entry level ATM Software Engineer; depending on qualifications and relevant work experiences. This candidate will be working in ATM product area in development and certifying vendor software for compatibility and unit testing.

A senior level ATM software engineer typically has a Bachelor degree in computer science or software engineering with 5-10 years of previous experience programming ATM applications.

An entry level ATM software engineer typically has a Bachelor degree in computer science or software engineering with 2-5 years of previous experience programming ATM applications.

Telecommuting is not an option - must be onsite with access to the ATM lab.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field (Required)
- 5+ years of related work experience (Required)
- Connex Advantage platform ATM CED & load configuration knowledge (Highly Preferred)
- Connex Advantage application programming experience ATM (Highly Preferred)
- Connex Advantage application programming experience non-ATM (Preferred)
- Basic knowledge of major ATM vendor software, hardware, and messaging (Required)
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required)
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time (Required)
- Basic knowledge of the full software development life cycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery (Required)
- Basic ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues (Required)
